Sports Photographics Australia is a professional sports photography business with over 17 years experience and our photographers have captured images at the last three Winter Olympic Games, World Cup Rugby Finals (Sydney 2003), State of Origin, NRL, Super 12 Rugby, Test Level Rugby, Australian Cricket Tours, FIVB Beach Volleyball as well as photographing thousands of up and coming stars participating in local junior sporting events. Having photographers scattered all over the country allows us to also offer our clients an expanded service in whatever part of the country they have scheduled events.

National Event Coverage. Our team of photographers were also commissioned to shoot the 2006 Medibank Australia Day National Fun Run event held in each capital city. After capturing all the action of the runners, and the human map of Australia in each state, imageswere uploaded to our website for all participants to purchase. In addition to the organisers needs and the participants images that were uploaded, we also supplied the Daily Telegraph in Sydney with images of the event.
With the current age of internet access and the majority of people requesting instant viewing of images, we upload daily all photos taken from any event direct to our user friendly website www.sportsphotographics.com.au





We can provide photographers for any occasion and any size event including corporate events, commercial applications or arrange models and logistics for advertising clients who want the complete package. Instant uploads to your website or FTP site or direct emailing for deadline specific clients is all part of our service.
On the other hand, if you require a more personalised touch we can have a dedicated photographer attend your team photo day or to shoot action photos of your team at any location. Our website allows us to hide the images from the public viewers and only have those images available to you and your team or club with a Password Protected Folder . This has been very welcomed by many parents and club members who do not want images of their children published for public viewing.




Media who require photographers for specific assignments can request one of our experienced photographers. Publishing companies requesting stock photos or images from the latest sporting events can request a password to download images immediately for their publications (see media page). We are continually adding high res images to our stock library that is only visible to clients with passwords. Images in our "Gallery" are not the same as what we have stored in our high res media library.






Chief Photographer and owner Steve Cuff has been shooting sport for over 20 years and owned and operated Mountain Moments Photography at Perisher Blue Alpine Resort during winter from 1997-2007.
Steve is also an official photographer for Ski and Snowboard Australia and the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia and is regarded as one of the most experienced snow photographers in Australia. Steve is in demand during winter months from numerous ski resorts including Thredbo and Mt Hotham.

Steve Cuff uses and recommends Nikon D3 Professional equipment that has proven itself continuously in varied and extreme weather conditions both on the mountains and out in the field.
