How To Order

Our "Gallery" is where you will find all events and photos we have available for viewing and purchase. If you are unfamiliar with ordering from this website please read all the information below.

Finding Photos
All photos are contained inside event folders from your sporting events. To access the photos go to the ”Gallery” page and click on the folder of your event or sport.
This will then display either a sub folder for larger events or direct you straight to your images.

Sub Folders
On big events we cannot put all the images into one folder, so we have broken it down into sub folders to make it easier for you to find only the images you want to look at. Keep clicking on the subfolders that you competed in until you find the photos you are looking for of yourself, your family, your friends or your favourite sporting star.

To Order
Once you have located the image you like, place mouse over the image and click on the image to enlarge. Pricing options and sizes available to purchase have now become visible on the right side of screen.
You can only order the image by clicking to enlarge on the desired image you require, you cannot order the image when it is in the gallery with all the other images, even though the prices are shown on the right side of screen. The prices are visible just for your information at this point of time.

Adding Photo to Cart
When you have enlarged the image you wish to purchase you will see the "Purchase this Photo" box to right of screen with size options and cart symbols.
By running the mouse over the cart symbols you will see it highlights the symbol to allow you to add the item to your cart with the click of the mouse. Choose your desired print size and click on the cart symbol and the photo is now added to your cart.
Now that you have the image in your cart you can either add more images to your order by returning to the folder of images and repeating the same procedure or complete your order.

Packages - Photo and Digital.
To order our package prices you have to select one image at a time, in either the digital or photo options. Then select the same option again to add another photo to the cart. Continue too selecvt th same option until you have the desired amount of images in the package. You can then go to the checkout, or add more packages, or other photos before completing your order.

Proceed to Checkout.
If you have finished ordering, you can complete your order and proceed by simply filling out all the details as requested and then click on credit card to proceed to checkout, or print out the form and mail it with a cheque or money order (see bottom of this page).

Special Instruction Box .
Some print options allow additional text or your name and event to be added on the photo (see samples page). You can tell us what you would like written on your photo by typing the details into the Special Instruction Box that appears during the order procedure.
Please Check Your Spelling that you type into this box as we copy and paste the text direct to your print.

Password Protected Folders
If you cannot find your photos to order they may be hidden.
Some folders are password protected for added security so only the people competing in the event can view the photos.
Type the password for your event into the password box provided at the top of the page and hit the red enter button. You will now be directed to your event.
Note that all passwords are in lower case with no capital letters and are usually published in your program or advised on the day of the event.

Multi Prints Information
Multi Prints are a minimum of 3 or more photos on one poster print. The price advertised is per image (so multiply this amount by how many images you want). You need to select the same multi print cart option each time when choosing the photos.
Use the same procedure as if ordering any other size photo but select the multi print option instead. After selecting your 1st image in a multi print option, add that image to your shopping cart and then return to the folder for your 2nd selection. Repeat the same process to add your 2nd image to cart and so on for 3rd image (or more).
We usually pick out the best image as a "Standout" and make it slightly bigger on the print and the rest of the images are laid out for best graphical impact. Your text is then added to the photo that you have requested in the Special Instruction Box. We often make our own judgment on what text would look best based on what you supply, and if in doubt we would call you to check what we are writing will be ok.
Note that you can select images from different events to go on the multi print, it does not have to be the same event.

Special Instructions Box
Some events and prints have the option of adding text (writing) to your photo while others do not offer this option. Select your appropriate print option and if it has the text option then during the order process write the text and names you want in the special instruction box that appears on the order page.
If you do not add the names in this box, photos will be printed without names.
If there is no text offered on certain events, there will be no option to choose from with text, only a standard print option, so even if you add text in this box it will not go on the print.
Double check you have the correct option and size if you want to have additional text on the print. By adding text the actual photo size may become smaller than the overall print size, see samples page to view the difference.

Team Photos
When selecting the team photo option it is only available for team photos and not action photos. So if you select the wrong option it will not allow you to proceed with the order until you select the correct option. Team photos are usually lower priced than action photos, so choosing the lower price for an action photo will not be allowed by the website.
If you have supplied the photographer with players names they will added to the photo along with the team name, see samples page.

Credit Card
This website is fully secure for all credit card transactions.
To complete your order with credit card, fill out all the required blank boxes as requested and proceed to the checkout.

Mailing Your Order.
To send a cheque or money order via the mail, fill out all the details in the order form and print the form and mail to this address.
